UAHA Outstanding Graduating Senior and Graduate Professional Student Awards (Nominee Form)
The University of Arizona Hispanic Alumni Club (UAHA) will recognize two outstanding graduating senior and two outstanding graduate / professional students, who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, and dedicated community service, with an interest and commitment to the Latinx/Hispanic/Chicanx community. Students selected as award recipients will be presented during the Guerrero Student Center Graduation Convocation on May 11, 2022. Award recipients will also receive a cash award.
Nomination Form and Nominator Form are due Friday, April 15th, 2022. Please note that both the nominee (self-nomination) and the nominator (from a staff or faculty member) must be submitted for each student in order to be considered for the award.
There will be 2 Outstanding Seniors and 2 Graduate/Professional Student Awards.
